The lounge room consists of one couch/sofa bed, one 2 seater couch, 3 single couches, a ceiling fan, an extra couch/bed, a pedestal fan, a heater and a television. The dining area which is located at the back of the house has a dining setting to suit 6 and a convert lounge. The kitchen contains a microwave, fridge, oven/cooktop and all cooking utensils are supplied. The main bedroom consists of a queen bed and wardrobe and bedroom 2 comprises of 2 single beds, a wardrobe and an extra mattress. The bathroom has a vanity unit and a shower over small bath. The laundry contains a washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and there is a toilet adjacent to this. There is a single lock up garage, a small verandah on the front of the house and a fully fenced back yard.
