The kitchen contains a microwave, oven, cooktop, fridge, 3 bar stools and a ceiling fan. The main bedroom comprises of a queen bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and a balcony, bedroom 2 consists of a queen bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and ceiling fan, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and a balcony. The bathroom contains a shower, bath and toilet.
Upstairs: Large games room featuring a competition sized pool table. The living area consists of one 3 seater couch, one 2 seater couch, a big screen TV, a DVD/VCR player, floor fan and large balcony. The bedroom upstairs contains a queen bed, walk in wardrobe, ceiling fan and an ensuite. The ensuite has double vanity unit, a shower and toilet. There is a laundry/bathroom downstairs which comprises of a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, vanity unit, shower and toilet. There is a large balcony off the lounge/main room upstairs with an cushioned outdoor setting, a balcony off the dining room downstairs, a balcony off the main room downstairs and a balcony off bedroom 3. There is a large inground pool with a deck and a double garage with remote access.

Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted in the house, and whilst pillows and blankets are supplied, you will need to bring your own towels and linen.
