Hello my name is Kasey I have a Room for rent available asap. House is a large four bedroom house three rooms upstairs one down stairs with a lovely big patio out back. I live here with two other girls Tam and Tess. we are all easy going students. Room is a good size byo furniture but the rest of the house is pretty much furnished. Rent for the room is only $105 per week and bills are split evenly but are always kept pretty low. Bond for the room is $430 dollars.Looking for a female roommate can be student or worker who is easy going and plesant to live with.
