Some of Noosa Sound’s most popular restaurants are within five minutes’ walk – including Ricky Ricardo’s, Rock Salt, Global Cafe and River House Restaurant. Perfectly situated between Hastings Street and the Noosa River, both precincts are within easy walking distance.

Opening up like a luxurious beach pavilion, there is very little distinction between inside and out in this beautiful waterfront holiday house. From the elaborate, light filled entrance, the holiday house opens to huge living and dining spaces, which in turn spill out to an equally vast undercover outdoor entertainment deck. The large, award-winning gourmet kitchen also embraces the entertainment area, with an outdoor bar and eating nook, all of which overlook the Noosa River. The entire ground floor level was designed to be spacious with separate zones for relaxing, dining and entertaining.

Bi-fold doors open the living areas to breezes from the Noosa River. An extra wide jetty and deep waterfront, coupled with wet-edge pool all combine to create the feeling of a 5 star resort. Two king-size bedrooms, a guest bedroom, a media room, two bathrooms and two powder rooms are all on the ground level. Leading off the upstairs landing is the luxurious master suite, with its award-winning bathroom and boutique size dressing room. The second bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom, plus there is a private study area.
