I have 2 rooms available in a waterfront residence it is a spacious executive type home and each room has built in wardrobe and will share a large bathroom situated between the rooms. Smaller room has 2 single beds – $120 each person and the other room has 2 king single beds – $125 each person per week. Room can be available for short or longer term. The property is situated within a short walk to transport and shopping areas. Students will have access to the inground pool and the use of kayaks on the canal if they so wish.Residents of the house are myself (54 year old female) and a current boarder 43 year old male. The male has a room downstairs with his own bathroom and his room is situated on the opposite of the house my bedroom is upstairs and at the other end of the house so you will be assured of your privacy. I also have a couple of small (toy breed) dogs that do access the house so it is important that you do not dislike dogs.
