Hi I have a spare room to rent in central Palmwoods $130 per week. House is fully furnished (except bedroom) new with 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 2 living areas plus balcony – your room has fan and built in robe. I am a 26 year old female and there are 2 other males renting here 26 and 18 we are fun friendly and generally quiet through the week having fun on weekends. I would prefer someone employed/studying full time and clean around the house.
