Two females in our 20s have a spare room in a large home in Peregian Springs. Four room house so one room will remain spare for visitors when requried. Will share bathroom with one other. Two living areas with two TVs so not in each others face all the time. We work full time hours and will have friends over on the weekends but during the week we are generally quiet. We do have two cats so you must have a like for them House is furnished however room will not be furnished. Street parking available.
