All rooms come with private bathroom bed closet desk cable jack phone and internet (at a small additional cost). The lease ends on December 1st 2009. Varsity is positioned 5 mins walk from the sunshine coast university and 10 mins walk to local shops. Public transport is also a short walk if you wish to travel into maroochydore or other main town areas.
