You would be sharing with 2 other female uni students (Aged around 25 years old). They are very clean, respectful, friendly and happy people. This is not a crazy party house.

I am the 3rd house mate and you would be moving into my room when I move out. I am flexible when I can move out.

You must be a uni student to live here, but this is not your typical average uni accommodation. It is quiet, clean, good size rooms and definitely not a party complex. There are all sorts of people (young, old, in between) living here, including owners, workers, renters, uni students.

If you want all the good things about living near the uni without all the typical bad things of uni accommodation then this place is what you are looking for.
