We have a room for rent in a nice, peaceful home in central Sippy Downs. Perfect for university students, this home is only a 650 meter walk to the university and is within 50 meters of a grocery store, two or three restaurants, a doctors clinic, pharmacy, and a bus stop that will take you to popular places such as Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Buderim and Kawana.

The available room is furnished with a single bed and a small desk. Cooking utensils, plates and cutlery are provided along with a television and Wi-Fi internet. The house has a large backyard (mowing & maintenance organized by landlord and included in rent) with a large fence and secured parking.

Your rent ($120 p/wk) includes the room, water bills, and internet. Electricity is not included however we’ve never had to pay more than $35 each per quarter (between 4 people).

Regarding smoking & pets:

Smoking: Feel free to do so as long as it’s outside

Pets: Are allowed provided they are toilet trained and relatively quiet. If you want to bring a dog he/she MUST get along with the dog that’s already here.

This house is open to anyone that is friendly, relaxed and clean.
