The layout of this property is similar to that of a hotel room, only there’s extra benefits!!

The owners of the property have a house that adjoins the unit and are happy to help out in any way they can – all you have to do is ring the door bell!

The unit itself has a queen size bed that easily folds straight up against the wall when not in use, giving you more living area. There’s also a single mattress if there are more than 2 guests staying. Inside this fully tiled unit is a separate bathroom with a double sized shower, a small kitchenette (including bar fridge), your own washing machine and plenty of storage space. There’s a large swimming pool just outside the door which is available for exclusive use whilst you are staying, along with some pool toys for yourself and the kids.

These very accommodating owners have a selection of DVD’s that you are welcome to borrow at any time, and they also section off their balcony giving you the space and privacy you desire whilst on holidays!

Only a few minutes walk down the road is the Sunrise Shopping Centre, the Noosa Aquatic Centre and the Tennis Courts, or you can head down to the lovely Sunrise Beach to relax the day away.
