Up the next set of stairs is the main living area consisting of kitchen, dining room and lounge. The lounge contains a 3-seater sofa, 2×1 seaters and a 3-seater sofa bed. There is a TV with built in DVD player and a bookcase containing a number of books for guest use. The lounge is also air-conditioned. In the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and cooktop. There are doors from the dining room and lounge out to a sunny deck.
No smoking is permitted in the property and whilst pillows and blankets/quilts are supplied you must supply your own towels and linen. Linen hire is available from Rainbow Linen Services on 5488 0100.
