The property is fully fenced, has a BBQ and an outdoor setting and there is a lockable double garage for the car and boat.
OUTSIDE PETS ONLY are allowed. An extra charge of $100 is applicable if you bring your pet, this is for payment for a flea treatment which will be completed after your departure.
No smoking is permitted in the property and whilst pillows and blankets/quilts are supplied you must supply your own towels and linen. Linen hire is available from Rainbow Linen Services on 5488 0100.
