We have a considerable number of properties in our management portfolio within walking distance of the University (photos represent a cross section). These properties range from four to six bedrooms houses, fully furnished with all the required necessities to create a comfortable study environment for students.

Extra Features
All properties are within 10-15 minutes walking distance to University.

Pricing:
The room rate ranges from $75 to $95 per room per week. Rate does not include electricity and gas. Tenants deal direct with the service providers for electricity and gas. The combined cost of electricity and gas should not exceed $8 per week per student.

A bond of four weeks rent is required.

(1) It is a group booking for five or six students to fill a house or,
(2) If current occupants who are staying for the next semester book on behalf of their friends.
