Air conditioner and insulated sound proofed walls and ceilings, for an additional rent of $135 per week for the cottage. (Total $550 per week for both) The landlord will allowed sub-letting.

Otherwise just rent the main house and the landlord will rent the cottage out separately ( probably to a Mature Woman) for $200 per week.
