A room within our house is available for a student for rental. The house is a colonial 3 bedroom cottage. Our 18 y.o. daughter is currently in the UK on her Gap Year. The house is within an easy bike-riding distance to Uni as well as being close to public transport if required. We have had success with previous borders and look forward to accommodating any interested student.The $100 rental includes electricity, and water charges. Washing and ironing done, if needed.
