Hey just looking for someone to rent a spare room in a new house at glenvale. Rent includes internet gas water and electricity. Room is furnished with a tv unit bed and bulit in wardrobe. Also has fan and air-con. Were both clean and relatively quiet. You as our roomie would also basically have your own bathroom as we share the ensuite.
