Yes, I have 3 bedrooms, a 3-way bathroom, formal lounge/dine, modern timber kitchen, open plan family/meals and auto door to double-length enclosed carport. But look closely and you’ll find a master bedroom that enjoys sliding door access to an east facing courtyard (morning coffee?), and picture window views of the western patio (evening wine?). Both aspects have electric shutters for heat/light control so daylight saving will not be a problem.
The “window wall” between formal and informal living areas is quirky, yet appealing. The abundance of natural light is a treat and the private rear patio is just ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
OK, I also offer air conditioning (ducted evaporative), heating (gas), dishwasher, good security doors, auto car access, second separate toilet, garden shed and low maintenance grounds. A desirable location with easy access to public transport. Come and see for yourself! Sorry no pets.
