2) 2 rooms (one large bedroom, one smaller study together), $190 PW per person plus utilities
This arrangement will mean that you share bathroom/WC (with one other tenant(s)), shared kitchen, laundry & family room (with other tenant (s) and lady)
Please note: If a couple is looking to rent any rooms, they will have to rent more than just a single room at $165 per room.
