Current resident of 4/29 The Parade Norwood is often interstate so is looking for a roommate (or couple) to move into a 3 bedroom place on the Parade. The new roommate / couple would ideally and take over the lease. Place is $390 per week which will be shared as agreed. Place is fully furnished except for the 2 spare bedrooms.
