The cabin is 2 storey and to the rear of the main house at the front, nestled in woody surrounds and very private. Would suit a young couple with a sense of adventure or a couple of Uni students just wanting peace and quiet to study, yet enjoy their own pad that has a “personality all it’s own”!
Laundry facilities are shared with the main house, but separate and totally accessible externally with an additional toilet.
Gas, eletricity and phone is metered separately and additional.

UPSTAIRS

Separate dining and lounge, large timber kitchen and one good size bedroom with ensuite-style bathroom inc shower, vanity and toilet.

DOWNSTAIRS

Study and extra sleep-out, plus luxury bathroom with Jacuzzie Spa bath, shower, vanity and toilet. This level also has an entertaining deck.

This somewhat “QUIRKY” habitat would be appreciated by someone who loves the “great outdoors” and has a dream to “live it”.

The home is available to rent with or without essentials.
Empty or partly furnished for convenience – same rent. (Additionals: Fridge, lounge and dining table)
Obviously laundry facilities are already available.
