Outdoor living area BBQ street parking all appliances. Shared bathroom 2 toilets. 2 living areas massive plasma xbox dvd home theatre etc…Gas + Electricity bills split 3 ways cleaner comes once a fortnight ($20 p/p) Require two weeks rent as bond and rent paid in advance.
