I have a 3 bedroom fully furnished house, so the person would have their own living room as I’ve converted a spare bedroom into a lounge room also. I live at Albert Park, which is 15 mins to the city by train or bus, 10 mins to the beach- Semaphore or Henley Beach, 5 minutes to AAMI stadium and West Lakes Shopping Centre.
