Would suit someone in their mid 20s/30s who works full time or FIFO as we both have very different schedules and would like someone who will also have different schedules so we arent cramping each others style!

Our house is a big… fully furnished… 3 bedroom very close to jetty road and beach yet on the quietest street in Glenelg. Off st parking and backyard with garden shed. Minimal gardens, gas cooking and solar power so really cheap utilities!

We’re not a party house but would like someone who enjoys the occasional wine/drinks with friends and BBQ in the backyard (BYO bbq tho coz we dont have one yet!! haha) Ideally looking for a housemate who enjoys dinners together and being social not someone that keeps to themselves

The room isn’t monstrous but will fit a queen bed (we’ve tried it!) and we have a bed if u need. Looking for someone clean, respectful and acceptable of my work at home status (one of use runs a home salon 4 days a week the other works in the city)

Also MUST like dogs!! We have an inside pet (frankie the frenchie) and he is our 4th housemate! A must see, tram stop literally at end of the street
