This property sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The configuration is a queen bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom.
A bond of $350 will be held by the Managing Agent until the termination of this tenancy and, if required, shall be used to replace articles of equivalent value, any furniture, effects, fittings or building that may become damaged or lost during this tenancy.
Please note that unless specified, bed linen, towels, toiletry items, dishwashing detergent and toilet paper are not provided
Check in time is 2pm and premises must be vacated by 10am irrespective of time of arrival No pets are allowed on the premises (unless by special prior arrangement in writing).
Premises are let on the condition that they are kept clean and tidy at all times and are left in a clean and tidy condition when vacating. Please ensure that kitchen and bathroom surfaces are clean, all floors are vacuumed, washing up is done and put away, and all garbage bins are emptied.
Keys are to be returned to L J Hooker West Lakes 139 Tapleys Hill Road Seaton by 10am on the day of your departure.
