Male Students welcome. Room for rent fitted out with double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and desk to be occupied by one person only.
There is a share kitchen and living room with air-conditioning and a large outdoor area. Kitchen is equipped with cutlery, crockery, utensils, microwave oven, refrigerator, cooktop, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker.
Utilities including wi-fi are included in the weekly rental.
You will need to provide your own pillows and bed linen.
There is no car parking provision on site.
