We have a lovely old house in a very quite street in an awsome location only 5 kms from town and 6 kms from the beach. Share with a married professional couple. You will have your own bathroom and toilet. Mod cons include dishwasher air con in 3 rooms ADSL2 washing machine. The house is located close to public transport and a supermarket.There is a back room with a treadmill and spin bike and TV you are welcome to use.The house has a large back garden with vegie patch and a variety of fruit trees.We do have a cat (inside) and a dog (mostly outside) who are both very friendly. The room is unfurnished however we do have a spare single bed and some free standing hangers for clothes if needed.
