One room for rent 15 min walk to the city or 2 min walk to the tram line!

We are two young professionals looking for a roommate to join us in our modern townhouse near the city. House is fully furnished however the room is not (but if you have furniture we have a secure garage for storage). The room is for a single (bit small for a couple).

We both work full time and appreciate each others company however we like our own space too.

Room is $150 a week. Plus outgoings.
