Downstairs & Upstairs can be accessed through a common entrance, which is located at the back of the house. When you have entered the home, a jointly shared Laundry is to the left. Two separately locked doors allow access to either or both the downstairs and upstairs apartments. The home can be let separately with 4 people downstairs or 4 people upstairs. The whole house can also be let allowing 8 people to stay. Just perfect for two families.

LINEN; All homes have doonas with covers that are used like a blanket, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. All beds require top and bottom sheets and/or covers for the doona. Linen service can be provided upon request which includes sheets & bath towels and teatowels.

CLEANING: The property is to be left in a high standard. If it isn’t cleaning may be needed at your cost. Otherwise cleaners are available at surcharge.
