High Season (Dec – Jan [min 7 nights]; Easter [min of 3 nights]):

Mid Season (SA School Holidays [min 2 nights]):
Weekly: $1,100.00 Nightly: $160.00

Low Season (All other times [min 2 nights]):
Weekly: $800.00 Nightly: $115.00

All bookings require a Security Bond, Booking Fee, are subject to our terms and conditions and are not confirmed until approved by Century 21 SouthCoast.

LINEN; All homes have doonas with covers that are used like a blanket, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. All beds require top and bottom sheets and/or covers for the doona. Linen service can be provided upon request which includes sheets & bath towels and teatowels.

CLEANING: The property is to be left in a high standard. If it isn’t cleaning may be needed at your cost. Otherwise cleaners are available at surcharge.

Please note the property is on septic system and disposal of objects down sinks, drains and toilets is not permitted.
Due to being a new property to holiday rentals all bookings across Christmas/New Years are to be a minimum of 7 nights.
