This is such a special location – tucked right up against the dunes. The pathway to the beach is next to the house and you follow it 250m through the dunes past ancient aboriginal middens onto the beautiful sands of Goolwa Beach. In summer the patrolled section of the beach is only 200m along as is Bombora Cafe.

The house is cosy, well furnished and provisioned, with a brand new bathroom and near new kitchen.

The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a bunk with double on the bottom and single on top.

The kitchen has near new appliance including dishwasher, and also an espresso machine. There are plenty of pots and pans and utensils if you wish to cook.

Fully equipped internal laundry.

Outside there is a large covered entertaining area with 6 burner BBQ, and an outdoor sofa setting with coffee table for relaxing in the sun or shade.

The back garden is fully fenced.

PETS
We think it’s important that your pets can be part of your getaway and as such pets are welcome. You are asked that you bring your own dog bed with you and do not allow your furry companions on any of the furniture.

Please note that whilst the back garden is fenced it is not robust enough to keep in a dog who really wants to get out!
