Built in 2009 the house has 4 bedrooms, two living areas, fantastic upstairs decked area with fabulous views and a large back yard. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave and there is a laundry with washing machine. The property has a split system airconditioner in the upstairs living area.

LINEN; All homes have doonas with covers that are used like a blanket, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. All beds require top and bottom sheets and/or covers for the doona. Linen service can be provided upon request which includes sheets & bath towels and teatowels.

CLEANING: The property is to be left in a high standard. If it isn’t cleaning may be needed at your cost. Otherwise cleaners are available at surcharge.
