It’s an easy drive from the city, yet the tranquil setting feels a million miles from the bustle of daily life.
The house is elegantly furnished throughout with everything you need, including a kitchen with electric oven, microwave and dishwasher, open-plan living/dining area, and a comfortable family room with three sofas, flat-screen TV and a large window to maximise the panoramic view. A separate sunroom beckons you to recline with a good book or simply daydream while watching the waves.
Ducted heating and cooling make this a great year-round holiday home, while the paved private backyard with gas barbecue is ideal for those sultry summer evenings. There’s also a pergola at the front, offering a shady spot from which to drink in the view with a glass of wine in hand.
Speaking of wine, this is the perfect location from which to explore the world-renowned wine-growing region of McLaren Vale with its many excellent cellar doors, cafes and restaurants. Sellicks has its own deli/pizza shop, but is also just 10 minutes’ drive from the shops and cafes of Aldinga, 15 minutes from the historic township of Willunga (famous for its weekend Farmers’ Market), and 35 minutes from popular Victor Harbor.

LINEN; All homes have doonas with covers that are used like a blanket, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. All beds require top and bottom sheets and/or covers for the doona. Linen service can be provided upon request which includes sheets & bath towels and teatowels.
CLEANING: The property is to be left in a high standard. If it isn’t cleaning may be needed at your cost. Otherwise cleaners are available at surcharge.
