The property is only 400m to one of Long Beach’s walkways directly onto the beach or 700m to the car access point known as Second Ramp. You are close enough to hear the sea rolling in!

The property has a open plan kitchen / living area fully equipped with second TV and lounge area.Front lounge area is set up with reclining chairs, a 3 seater couch and TV.

If you like to spend time outside there is a large deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ, access via the glass sliding door into the open plan kitchen area.

Bathroom area is a 3 way set up with separate toilet, separate basin and separate shower and bath area.

Silver Seas consists of 3 bedrooms – 2 queens, 2 singles and a trundle for that extra one. Reverse cyle A/C.
