This older style house has 3 bedrooms with a sewing room that could be used as a 4th bedroom. It has a huge garage that is quite capable of parking 2 cars and a boat plus it also has a car port. The whole yard is enclosed. The toilet is situated in the laundry. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Just a short walk down the end of the road you will find the jetty and beach.
