The Black Duck has 3 well-appointed bedrooms designed to comfortably sleep 8.

Upstairs, the generous main bedroom has a queen sized bed and adjacent spa room, shower and toilet. The ground floor has a second queen sized bedroom with two double bunk beds in the third bedroom. A three-way bathroom features separate vanity, bath, shower and toilet while a large laundry is equipped with a washer, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and a second fridge and upright freezer. All bedrooms have new pillows, mattresses, doonas, built in robes and reading lights. Linen is available for hire.

The upstairs large living and dining areas features a gourmet-equipped kitchen and table setting for 12. The Duck kitchen includes quality wine glasses and serving platters, rain water and real tea making facilities. The Duck also has TVs, DVD, VCR and CD player, a large fridge / freezer, microwave and reverse cycle air conditioner.

All furniture, including a table tennis table, dart board and fittings are very new and the large upstairs balcony provides a calming view of Coffin Bay. A range of pushbikes and helmets is also available. The balcony is equipped with a 6-person outdoor table setting and a large gas BBQ and there is a large backyard grassed area.
