A great holiday home for the family to stay.Located in a quiet cul de sac, this neat 3 bedroom home has ocean views and is situated close to the beautiful Redbill Beach. With 2 queen beds and 2 singles bed and built in wardrobes in all rooms. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, lounge, dining and a rear entertaining area with an electric BBQ.Foreshore access is opposite the property and a short walk takes you to the Beach.

Summer: 1st November – 30th April -$990.00 per week – $180.00 per night (min 2 night stay), $200.00 one night only

Winter: 1st May – 31st October – $750.00 per week – $150.00 per night (min 2 night stay) $180.00 one night only

You are required to supply your own linen ie sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels or there is a linen hire service available.

We require 20% of total rental or one night’s accommodation to be paid (whichever is the greater amount) to secure booking within 7 days. On cancellation of booking, this amount is not refundable.

Note: Any incidentals will be charge on check-out and a 1.5% surcharge would be applied if paid by credit card **
