You are required to supply your own linen ie sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels or there is a linen hire service available.

Summer Rates: 1st November to 30th April
$180.00 per night (minimum of 2 nights) for 2 people, extra people $10/person per night.
$950.00 per week

Winter Rates: 1st May to 31st October
$150.00 per night (minimum of 2 nights) for 2 people, extra people $10/person per night.
$850.00 per week

We require 20% of total rental or one night’s accommodation to be paid (whichever is the greater amount) to secure booking within 7 days. On cancellation of booking, this amount is not refundable.

Note: Any incidentals will be charge on check-out and a 1.5% surcharge would be applied if paid by credit card **
