A one minute stroll along the sandstone cliff top walking track leads you onto one of Tasmania’s premier beaches known for it’s crystal clear waters and safer swimming.

On arrival it is the gentle roll of the waves that immediately beckons you! All who enter Bluff House gravitate to the large entertainment deck (has been known to double up as a cricket pitch!) and the spectacular panoramic ocean views – sights like this are best enjoyed with a crisp white wine in hand.

The home comes equipped with sun lounges to enjoy the ever changing seascape or perhaps to just relax and read a book. What else complements such a relaxing atmosphere? A BBQ of course – the large 5 burner Weber is gassed up and ready to go!

While the spacious open plan living areas with its Italian dining setting , leather lounges & large 60″ flat screen television may be more your style, the 4 bedrooms offer new Tasmanian made quality furniture with matching superior quality linen and bedding.

The two large upstairs dormer bedrooms have king size beds while the two downstairs have queen sized beds ( 3 bedrooms have ocean views). A restful sleep is assured!

The kitchen is a ‘ work in progress ‘ as the owners plan to renovate to the same standard as the remainder of the home. Fitted with a new 4 door Electrolux fridge/freezer, new stove & new microwave the large kitchen benches have the preparation space you need to practice those Taste of Tasmania recipies.

The new bathroom is fitted with a double shower bay with pivot door, new washing machine & separate dryer, IXL tastic light/heater/fan and plenty of storage space.
