The room available is on the 2nd floor of a two storey townhouse. It has 2 lots of built in robes with drawers. Ideally you will have your own bed but there is a mattress available if you dont. All other cutlery crockery lounges TVS are in the house. I would prefer that you are employed full time as you will be required to pay 4 weeks bond and share all bills. The bills are in addition to the rent. You would be sharing the house with two house trained males (38 and 43 yrs). It is a great location!
