A room will be available late February in a gorgeous share house in West Hobart. The house is very large and spacious has open plan living area with courtyard and completely renovated with spa bath and all mod-cons. The room is unfurnished but has a wardrobe and is very large. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the CBD and near bus route. The flat-mates are 2 guys and 1 girl in aged early-mid twenties. The cost is $110.00 per week plus expenses.
