This well appointed home enjoys stunning water views from all living areas, kitchen and library. Set privately upon 15 acres of picture perfect land with over 500 metres of absolute water frontage, its own private beach, boat ramp and boathouse.
The perfect place to relax and unwind gazing over the water and whilst you’ll probably find it difficult to leave, River Point is the ideal base from which to explore the valley’s many attractions including the renowned Tamar Valley Wine Route and Launceston to the south, one of Australia’s oldest Cities.
