The large clean kitchen has gas cooking dishwasher plenty of storage space and new huge fridge freezer. The kitchen also has a health grill slow cooker food processer baking utensils and crockery. You would have full access to all these facilities.The dining room has glass top dining tables with room for 8 (or more) where you would be able to entertain your friends. The lounge has plenty of couches for relaxing in at the end of the day and a new large screen HD TV (with ALL FOXTEL channels paid for!)There is also a laundry (with washing machine and dryer) grassed garden with BBQ facilities and garden furniture and the bathroom has a separate bath and shower.As for location you couldnt ask for more. There is a large park cafs and deli just at the end of the street and Glenhuntly Road Precinct is a only a few minutes walk away with supermarket trams and trains also nearby. It is also close to Monash Caulfield.Added benefits: FOXTEL Broadband Internet access and phone landline at no extra cost! The only 2 things you need to worry about for this house is basic utilities (electricity/water/gas). The only thing you would need moving in is a bed (and even that can be provided on request.)
