Kanooka is professionally managed and licensed. This beautiful home is located between both the Monash Hospital & University Clayton. The house is renovated and is fully furnished. All bills in rent including WIFI and
weekly clean. this room has its own exclusive bathroom. There is plenty of storage for your clothes, a study desk & chair & lamp, bedside table & lamp, pinboard, LCD
TV, everything you could possibly need to just arrive with your stuff and just flop.
Even the towels, bed manchester (pictured) & throw rug is included. Each room has ducted heating. The bed is double size. The common areas offer a kitchen
(pictured) with all accessories including plates, cutlery, toasters, microwave, rice
cooker, in fact, everything you need. Also a BBQ so you can expect some get togethers. The laundry has two washing machines & 2 dryers. You would be
sharing with a great group of people. It is a sociable house, but tranquil. There is a
cleaner once a week throughout, including your room & a gardener. A 6 month lease is offered, but if at all works out you could extend the contract indefinitely.
Kanookie is council registered, so you can be assured that it meets the high safety & cleanliness standards required by government. Our guests work full time in both
the hospital, uni & industry. Also this room does not share any common wall with any other or our guests. The room is licensed for singles only.
