Each room has ducted heating. Common areas include kitchen with everything you need, laundry with 2 washing machines & 2 dryers. It is a sociable house, but tranquil. House also offers a BBQ so you can expect some get togethers. There is a cleaner once a week throughout, including your room & a gardener. The room is licensed for singles or couples – $290.00 per week for a couple.
