Hi so we currently have a bedroom for rent available in knoxfield the room has a built in wardrobe also there is a single king size bed and a fold-out couch in there if you wish to use it they can be stored elswhere.The house itself is considerably large with 5 bedrooms 2 lounge areas 2 dining areas 2 bathrooms pool out the back garage spots for upto 4 cars and room for about 10 cars in the driveway the house is on a 1.5 acre block of land so lots of space out the back. Please note: outside smokers only.Currently there are 4 boys and 2 girls between 19 and 22 living in in the house We are all laid back people who like to just chill out and have a good time and occasionally go out we are looking for similar people close to our age group to move in. The rent is divided up per room so its $108 per room as far as bills go we just divide them up by how many people are in the house at the time. theres usually always food/drinks in the cupboard to snack on and we have a free for all agreement on that if theres anything u wish specifically for ursefl plz let us know or keep it in your room we usually doa big shop once a week and then just divide up the total between us.If you have any queries please dont hesitate to email me to have a chat or arrange inspection or call.
