I have a room available in a 3 bedroom house in Mulgrave close to Waverley Gardens shopping center and to public transport. Room has built in wardrobes and you will get the second bathroom to yourself aswell as your own carport. House is furnished but room available is not. House has all gas appliences and ducted heating.
