Ok so my housemate has decided she is moving in with her boyfriend so I need a housemate

I’m 30 years old, have a small dog and I’m a performing arts teacher.

Looking for someone that doesn’t mind that I work late hours , likes socializing and that loves dogs. Non smoker preferred, must have permanent employment to be approved by the real estate.

It’s 135 a week in East Geelong! All wooden floor boards throughout the house and low maintenence garden. More of a small courtyard than a backyard.
Appearance is decieving as the apartment/unit is quite long on the property down a walkway between two shops, so it is quite hidden. Similar to a New York style apartment.
Great position on Ormond rd near shops such as chemist, supermarket, hairdressers, cafe, bakery, pizza shop, kymba, petrol station, medical centre etc.
Just so you know the house/apartment is in between shops so it’s very quiet especially in weekends. It’s never been a problem for me.
