Big house in Newtown Geelong.Has 3 bedrooms one is available at the moment.Only one bathroom big kitchen and family/tv room.Huge backyard recently paved and landscaped.On street parking had no issues parking on the street.It is a main road two minute drive from the centre of Geelong 5 minute walk to Pakington street and Skilled Stadium!Currently has one female and one male in the house both working full time mon-fri early starts.Looking for a person to move in preferably someone working full-part time so we know bills and rent will be paid.There is one dog at the house a small one but she is only the owners responsibility.
