Built in 1866, Porthaven was originally the local church, and is now an amazing beach house.
Why it’s so fabulous………
Portarlington is a relaxed, coastal town, with plenty to do and see, but if you feel like staying in, there is two tvs, dvd players and a large movie library. there are also lots of games and books, and a great sound system so you can enjoy listening to your favourite ipod playlist or cd.
There is a large garden to lounge in, (with a green lawn!), a great bbq, comfy outdoor seating on the deck and of course a well equipped kitchen if you feel like cooking.

how many beds ,what size and do i have to share a bathroom? porthaven sleeps up to 8 adults comfortably.

room configurations are as follows:
bedroom 1 upstairs—1 queen bed with private ensuite

bedroom 2 downstairs—1 queen bed with private ensuite including double spa bath

bedroom 3 downstairs—2 double beds (double sized bunk formation-very swedish, very stylish)with shower – room and separate toilet

all linen needed is supplied, including lots of comfy pillows

there is plenty of off-street parking with 2 separate driveways to put your cars, jetskis etc.

can i bring my pooch?
your favourite fido is welcome by prior arrangement—please read the ‘doggy do & don’t’ page before booking, then let the agent know you would like to bring your pooch when you book

lots of books to read from our ‘book-swap library’. if you start reading a book from the library on your stay and you don’t finish before you leave, you are welcome to take the book with you. just leave a book you have brought with you in its place!
